Entry-Level Project Manager/Estimator

Road Products LLC is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing highway striping and signing team in Spokane, Washington. This position supports both public and private civil construction projects and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction estimating and project management within the roadway infrastructure industry.

This is a full-time, salary non-exempt position offering competitive pay, full benefits, paid time off, and an annual performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities

•        Perform quantity takeoffs for civil and private construction projects

•        Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals

•        Prepare and manage project submittals, including materials, product data, and documentation required by contract specifications

•    Estimate work related to:

o    Permanent roadway signage

o    Long-line pavement markings

o    Hydro blasting

o    Specialty civil construction activities

•        Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and cost control

•        Coordinate with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors

•        Review plans, specifications, and contract documents

•        Support ongoing project documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities

Preferred Qualifications

•        Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

•        Education or experience in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred

•        Basic knowledge of B2W Estimate, Track, and Schedule is a plus but not required

•        Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

•        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•        Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

•        Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

·         Monthly Salary Range: $5,700 – $6,250 (DOE)

·         Employment Type: Full-time, Salary Non-Exempt
